CAO @ UCI presents “Tale as Old as Khmer”- The 3rd Annual Charity Culture Night

We, Cambodian Awareness Organization, would like to cordially invited you to join us for an evening of ethnic experience and entertainment at our 3rd Annual Cambodian Charity Culture Night! Our showcase will feature performances of traditional Khmer dance, on-stage drama, modern dance, a performance by breakout Khmer vocalist, Phanith Sovann, and much, much more! 7th Annual Cultural Show “Birth of the Khmer Empire” presented by UCSD Cambodian Student Association

UCSD Cambodian Student Association cordially invites you to attend our 7th Annual Culture show, “Birth of the Khmer Empire.” A young boy (played by Liang Tea) takes the journey of a lifetime through the birth of the Khmer Empire. He journeys to the Neak Empire where he meets his true love, Princess Soma (played by Tamala Svay). This year’s culture show is based off of the legendary story detailing the creation of Southeast Asia’s greatest empire: the Khmer Empire. We look forward to seeing you there! Please feel free to invite your family and friends! :)

*****UCSD CSA will also be holding a Shoe Drive for Project Angkor. Project Angkor is a medical mission consisting of medical professionals from all over the United States who come together once a year and provide FREE medical care and FREE prescription drugs for the poor people of Cambodia. This year they plan to bring shoes for the needy. One pair of shoes will give you one extra raffle ticket.*****
